Robert & Lori Kee
Lead Pastors
Pastor Robert and Lori Kee are the founding pastors of One Hope Fort Wayne. With over 20 years of ministry experience, they bring a unique combination of theological depth, practical wisdom, and genuine love for people to their leadership.
Robert's gift for clear, engaging teaching makes God's Word accessible and applicable to everyday life, while Lori's heart for pastoral care and hospitality creates an environment where everyone feels welcomed and valued. Together, they've built a church family that reflects the love of Christ to Fort Wayne and beyond.
Married for over 25 years, the Kees have raised their family right here in Fort Wayne. They believe in the power of authentic relationships and are passionate about seeing people discover their God-given purpose and potential.
Kevin & Megan Sunthimer
Associate Pastors
Kevin and Megan Sunthimer bring energy, creativity, and a heart for the next generation to their role as associate pastors. Their passion for seeing families grow stronger and young people discover their identity in Christ drives much of their ministry.
Kevin oversees our youth ministry and discipleship programs, creating environments where students can encounter God in relevant, life-changing ways. Megan leads our children's ministry and family initiatives, ensuring that parents are equipped to be the primary spiritual leaders in their homes.
Together, they're committed to building a church where every generation can thrive in their faith journey and where families are strengthened to impact their communities for Christ.
Nick & Rachel Alexander
Worship & Creative Arts Pastors
Nick and Rachel Alexander lead our worship and creative arts ministries with excellence and authenticity. Their heart is to create atmospheres where people can encounter God's presence in powerful and transformative ways.
Nick's gift for worship leading and songwriting, combined with Rachel's eye for creative design and production, helps create worship experiences that engage both the heart and the mind. They believe worship is more than music—it's a lifestyle of surrender and devotion.
The Alexanders are passionate about raising up the next generation of worship leaders and creatives, mentoring young artists to use their gifts for God's glory. Their vision is to see our church become a place where creativity flourishes and God is glorified in every expression of worship.
