Who We Are
One Hope is a Spirit-filled, Bible-centered church in Fort Wayne where everyone can belong, grow, and encounter Jesus.
Our vision is to transform lives through the love and work of Jesus Christ and to live Coram Deo, Latin for “living in the presence of God, under the authority of God, and for the glory of God.” Our mission is to walk together as a community, living out the reality of God's presence and authority in every part of life.
We are a continuationist church, believing the gifts of the Holy Spirit are active today and always operate in alignment with Scripture. We also affirm the biblical and historical basis for teaching gifts through women to the whole congregation.
At One Hope, we are compelled by the Love of the Father, centered on the Grace of the Son, and led by the empowerment of the Holy Spirit. Together, we are a community devoted to following Christ and impacting the world for Him.

Our Story
A Vision Born from Faith
One Hope Fort Wayne began with a simple yet powerful vision: to create a church where anyone could encounter God's love and find their place in His family.
What started as a small gathering of believers has grown into a vibrant community passionate about worship, discipleship, and serving our city. Every week, we see lives transformed as people discover hope in Jesus.
Our name reflects our core belief: there is one hope for humanity, and His name is Jesus. This hope drives everything we do.
Building for the Future
Today, One Hope Fort Wayne continues to grow as we pursue our mission with passion and purpose. We're not just building a church; we're building a movement of hope that extends throughout Fort Wayne and beyond.
Our Saturday evening services provide a unique opportunity for our community to gather, worship, and grow together. We've seen countless stories of restoration, healing, and transformation.

Meet Our Leadership TeamWhat We Believe
The Bible
We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God revealing the love of God to the world.
The Trinity
We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Jesus Christ
We believe in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death, in His bodily resurrection, and in His personal return in power and glory.
Salvation
We believe that Jesus Christ is the only way of salvation, and that repentance of sin and faith in Jesus Christ results in regeneration by the Holy Spirit.
The Holy Spirit
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit whose indwelling enables Christians to live a godly life and empowers us to be His witnesses.
The Church
We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in the Lord Jesus Christ and that all true believers are members of His body, the church.
